T.I.T.E, I find it hard to believe that being with a "13" year old girl doesn't make you a sexual offender, but from my understanding (and this is the point I've been making with regard to Catholic priests) it doesn't make you a pedophile. Pedophilia is a term used to describe feelings and actions towards pre-pubescents. These kinds of cases seem to get much more complicated when you get into the 15, 16, and 17 year old range. In those cases, they consider the age of the offender, whether there was consent or not, whether there was an ongoing relationship etc... That's how psychologists determine if the guy is likely to re-offend and whether he is a pedophile or a sexual predator. IMO, something is wrong with a 52 year old man that has sex with a 13 year old. That's sounds like a predator to me.
