Titan technology has developed a process whereby scrap tires can be run through a reactor and the process will return fuel oil, a little gasoline, steel and carbon black. Neofuel is the first licensee to secure a building permit for the process. There will be others to follow. Titan receives 1.6 million for the permit and then 1 1/2 percent royalty on the sale of the reclaimed products. Go to the website for Titan technologies to review what they have.
