Hi H3 In answer to your question - I don't know. But I must honestly tell you I was kinda expecting this. DROLL is a good word. Here are some more. Holidays, Evenings, Saturdays and Sundays .... Its tough enough being responsible for 1 company i.e. A/R , A/P , Payroll, Fixed Assets, Taxes, Cash, Budgeting, Forecasting, monthly closings, quarterly audits, yr-end autdits and Sooooo... on It must be a bitch TIMES 2. (TAM) Thats why I think she left ...... I am happy for her and think she made a good move. regards, John
