Good point. And that's just one of the ancillary benefits.

Think of US corporations. How many employees are dedicated to managing human resources/health care insurance? How many industries are hobbled by legacy, retiree health care costs? All unlike their developed nation competition. How much does health care add to each product produced in the US?

The corps (and small businesses) can get back to their core competency (or core incompetency). Companies should never have been in the health insurance business in the first place. That's a good part of what made the system so dysfunctional.
