>>What I do have is a strong distaste for people that lie, spin, attack, and destroy things that are generally good, righteous, in the best interest of society etc... because of their own self interest or politics.<< i wasn't involved before, so i do not have the context. hitler lots of nice things to a good number of people. yeah, the discussion usually end when that name is brought up, but the extreme nature of the example renders your logic as flawed. at least when we get near the extremes. many catholics are "good" people as far as humans can be good. i haven't gone after the people. i've gone after management. i haven't spun a darn thing. if anything, mahoney gets positive press relative to the evil he's done while in office. whoever his boss is ought to be vilified on up to the top - that's right, the child rapist protecting pope. if they feed 10 people, they don't get the right to rape children, cover it up and avoid criminal persecution. that's not the way it works. catholic management prefers to support known good ole boy child rapists than unknown innocent children. that is as anti-christ as i can imagine. of course, they find ways to justify it, but it is still evil and the attempt to justify it just 10 lbs of more evil. the cronyism in the catholic church is apparently as deeply rooted as any organization in the world - and it should not be so. the BILLION PLUS the church has burned on these cases could've done a lot of good, too. you know why they paid so much? SEALED FILES. mahoney is a child of darkness and he wants to cover up what is in his files while he parties with los angeles law enforcement. why is mahoney so scared of the LIGHT? b/c he prefers darkness to cover up his likely illegal and definitely immoral behavior.
