I post one thing about hoover and money inflation and I get 20 responses - I answered all I could in the time I had but there was a young wife whose husband was off playing golf that wanted some servicing - sadly (and I am truly ashamed of this) carnal pleasures took priority over education and research (please forgive me) Next time I will call baldy and let him take care of business. Do you have a copy of rothbards book? Certainly you do - what is the figure? Did hoover order up 1.1 billion freshly printed dollars? Bart says no - only .7 billion - If bear sterns had been given lots of new money by the current president and his buds paulson and bernanke a couple months back - what would they have done with it?
