Some of them, like Susan Estrich, are honest enough to admit that they're the ones who have a problem with his wife and that they're extrapolating from their own feelings Susan, the political expert who put the "helmeted" Dukakis in a tank so he could look "manly" while searching for the presidency.

I wonder what Estrich would say if Hilary were married to a man who is 24 years younger than she is? Presently she is married to a man who doesn't know the definition of sex and has had affairs with numerous women. Thompson is married to an intelligent woman with substantial political savy and a woman whom he loved enough to marry and father his children. Comparing Mrs. Thompson to Obama the candidate would be an interesting and fair exercise if Mrs. Thompson were running for President against Obama. Their experiences of major political events and wars would be similar. However, it is not Mrs. Thompson versus Obama or Hilary or Edwards-----it will be one of the numerous Republican candidates-----i.e. Fred Thompson, Rudy Guiliani, Jim Gilmore, McCain, Romney or or even some yet to be named Republican who will be the Republican nominee------and Ralph Nader for the Greens. Presently, Thompson, as have the other Republican candidates, and yes Nader have lived long enough to bring knowledge, understanding and experience to the Presidency. America needs this. Remember ----- We are electing the President and Vice President of the United States of America. We are not electing a King and Queen. mj
