I am not sure about Fatah, but the Hamas Charter calls for the destruction of Israel by Jihad and specifically disavows a peaceful resolution of the conflict PLO charter does too, except it's secular and calls for the liberation of all Palestine and the creation of a Palestinian state. By all Palestine, they mean the entire original Mandate, which includes Jordan too. The promised to change it when they signed the Oslo Accords but they never did.
