re: I own that Fog of War DVD. Watched it twice, thought it was good stuff. I Tivoed it off an HD channel. Exceptional, especially if you live through it at draft age. I have a feeling a lot of Robert McNamara's recount is revisionist, to relieve some of the guilt. Doesn't matter. After putting the country through hell, it's good to have somebody look you in the eye (and he sure did) and try to explain. It was very moving for me. And I never knew Robert S. McNamara's middle name was Strange... but it fits.
