I think it might but I don't know...actually I think the suspension would allow them to go back after part of the signing bonus. The problem here is he wont get suspended on charges alone. I don't understand it all but I know at some point they can try and recover some of the bonus. Good luck with that - these guys spend it the day they get it. Plus this was the guy who gave out a fake name and gave some gal a permanent sexually transmitted disease. This just isn't good and it really reflects poorly on the character issue in the NFL. The CFL can have these guys IMO
