I'm leaning on your side. Pfizer will just raise their prices to make up for any small decline in rx. So I'd predict flat to plus a few % sales on a dollar basis. Maybe a low single digit decline on an rx basis.

Here was my take earlier:

All I know is my health insurer (Blue Cross handled through Express Scripts) went so far as to send me a partially-filled-out Zocor script for me to give to my doctor. They did show enough restraint not to fill out what dosage they thought I should be taking. :)
