Incorrect, I commented on the targets of infrastructure. Hitting supply lines does not meet the definition of terrorism we are using.

It may be notable but it is not evidence of terrorism.

Not true.

Among the stated goals was to frighten the military enemy and to make sure they knew they had no place to hide.

There was no intent to hurt innocents so that the military would suffer. There have been major and minor efforts to reassure the innocents, and to demonstrate for them that we wish them well. Your statements to the contrary are simply false.
