You're a true lightweight, JLA. Why don't you bother reading the available info to avoid soiling yourself publicly? BTW, the prosecutor CANNOT say "whatever he likes"...heard of checks and balances, pervo???

Shame on you jla. As an attorney you should know that just because the prosecutor does not bring a case doesn't mean that a crime was not committed. Often times it's because there is not enough evidence to convict. In the Plame case, Scooter Libby obstructed justice and shielded others from prosecution by lying. Fitz said that Libby threw sand in the eyes of justice, preventing him from furthering the case. Fitz said the case went straight to the office of the vice president. Why on earth would Libby, Rove and Armitage all simultaneously contact the press about Plame if it was not discussed beforehand? Libby and Cheney discussed it. Why would they make these contacts, and give Plame's ID if it were not to get revenge? Why ask the reporters to lie about the source? Libby asked a reporter not to name him! Why did Bush commute the sentence of Libby?
