As to Vittner, not standing up for him, but as I understand it the incident occurred in 2001, he wasnt a Senator at the time. Yes, he apparently committed adultery, but he doesnt seem to be habitual about it. I cant see where one slip up means a man is a lousy representative of the people. Heck, he apparently even admitted it to his wife and they went for counselling and got through it. Seems rather honorable to me but in any case NONE OF OUR BUSINESS. Now if he did it on the floor of the Senate or the cloakroom might feel differently about it. jdn
