If a whole group of people elects terrorists, blow up innocent civilians (and paint murals of them on city walls!), have a mouse character which instructs KIDS to kill Jews, and has an illiteracy rate of 70%, then yes, I think it can be fairly said, that this GROUP (regardless of their race) is composed of mental midgets.

I forgot to add one to that list. This same group is composed of people who, if they do not get international aid money, must lay off people in their government as they have no sizable business to speak of.
