Okay, a bit more depth.

Yellow tail slab is the shoulder of a fish, which you can eat raw. Poki is a dish enjoyed on the xmas islands.

thai green curry is a paste that you can make. Not me, I buy the stuff.

wasabi, come on, it's hot it's green. Buy some and snort it.
