Why you letting mish and russ make all the easy blogging money - why aren't you out there entertaining/educating the masses and getting rich??!? Look at the posters on SI who give the golden goose away for FREE! Richard Stallman may bless their souls - but they can't take stallmans blessing and buy a cheeseburger eh? hehe

If you were the motivated entrepenuer I thought you were - you would have joined the paid blogging ranks long ago - but you give it away fro free Vosilla - that is why I like you.

Have you seen where MSFT has new patents on querying files on your hard drive so that they can deliver more targeted advertising to people using their OS? The mother of all AD WARE - BWAHAHA: Do you ever get the feeling you are just some marketing drones guinea pig? There was an old Dr. Who episode where the aliens couldn't beat us through war - so they pretended to be human and took us over financially - one of the hero's in the episode couldn't pay the "death taxes" on his father so Dr. Who turned on his sonic screwdriver and fried the alien impostor.

"Ars Technica has an article on the mother of all adware patents filed by Microsoft: 'It's such a tremendously bad idea that it's almost bound to succeed. Microsoft has filed another patent, this one for an "advertising framework" that uses "context data" from your hard drive to show you advertisements and "apportion and credit advertising revenue" to ad suppliers in real time.' Ars discusses this disturbing concept, which was originally unearthed by Information Week and we first discussed last week."
