It's not just a matter of raising taxes.
Those who derive the most benefit from the government's system of laws and enforcement should also pay the most back.

I submit that Bush's performance is far from substandard
if you understand stock market history at all.

There was a bubble bursting *and* a significant
attack on the U.S. at nearly the same time when
Bush took office.
