giantfoodstores.com web site has weekly ads, and they are now trying to beef up the site with specials etc.

A friend at the gym told me yesterday to put some oil over the pasta before freezing it and it helps it keep moist. I cannot do onions too well but I love garlic and use it for most of my flavorings....... Prior to getting sick I loved Mexican foods, cheeses and so many things that I cannot eat anymore. Last night I snacked on a few pretzels at a party I was at and paid the price all night... so...........wearing blinders and nose plugs might keep me from behaving recklessly. Thanks for heads up. We do have a FL here. ML
