Tax money, right?

No, the US aid money is just that - aid, welfare. Ditto the Euro money and the UN money.

The Israeli money is tax money. However, it was collected under the Oslo Accords, and Hamas has reneged on the Pal side of those accords, those bits that talked about recognizing Israel, renouncing terror, etc. Hamas just says, we plan to kill you, we will will blow you up at every chance, now give us our money.

Israel has been sending water and electricity to Gaza for free for 40 yeras. I think they should start charging market rates, if not stop outright. If Hamas doesn't want to abide by any pre-existing agreements, let them find the money themselves.

I fail to see why Israel should be required to fund Hamas' jihad. As for Iranian influence, it is not unlimited. The Iranians are sick and tired of money flowing to Palestine while they get gas rationing.
