Ain't 'freedom of speech' one of the Constitutionally protected rights that Americans are supposed to fight wars over? "I thought in real wars, war protestors were thrown in jail." Often they ARE. (In fact, I can think of examples of this from most every war our nation has ever fought --- but most commonly they are tossed in jail, or worse, for UN-Constitutional reasons, not for legal ones.)
