Ain't 'freedom of speech' one of the Constitutionally protected rights that Americans are supposed to fight wars over?

Often they ARE. (In fact, I can think of examples of this from most every war our nation has ever fought --- but most commonly they are tossed in jail, or worse, for UN-Constitutional reasons, not for legal ones.)
