Yeah, I got the ball rolling on the SEC investigation.

A couple of enforcement agents called me because I kept emailing telling them if it wasnt a fraud, then Id never seen one. (And Id seen DOZENS & DOZENS)

I hooked them up with another guy and we both sent them all kind of info. They eventually slapped the wrists of their paid touts also.

I kept bringing info to light. The CEOs past bank fraud conviction, his bankruptcy, that all the cult members insisted was his son, when we confirmed the SS # and date of birth, they still didnt believe. Apparently he had a twin son with the same DOB and SS#, but it wasnt colin.

I showed them all that and confirmed the SEC investigation and they just denied everything.

Ole Art Porcari was involved with JAWS in some crazy-ass rights offering too as I recall.

I understand that the court actually did collect a maybe $700-800k in assets. The attorney burned through about $600k and the rest was distributed to shareholders that jumped through incredible heights. Many valid claims were denied.

I think a few have reported getting checks. Not sure how much it was. Maybe 2-3 cents per share.

These clowns sent a private investigator to my residence as well as my dads trying to get me to shut up. I just went after them harder !
