Sort of an odd way to look at a service oriented business, but I guess it's one way of looking at it. Following through on the thought, homeowners insurance policyholders with claims should be cancelled, and HMO members who get sick too often should be denied continued coverage. I suppose it's whether you view yourself as the receiver of the service or the owner/provider of the service. (BTW, excessive claims are cancelled, but what is excessive service complaints ?)
