One thing though, I have trouble squaring this deal with the comments from the various other members of Q's value chain. Samsung didnt seem to think the injunction would have an impact and a Sprint employee talked about the fact that they were already implementing a work around. Perhaps the other patents that are being contested look like they will have a potential impact down the road? The Samsung statement was from a PR guy. They are trained and paid to make empty feel good statements that are randomly correlated with reality.
