Hint: He's in PAKISTAN, along with most of the rest of al Qaeda and the Taliban's LEADERSHIP and training camps... and tens of thousands of recruits.

('Neville Chamberlain Mushariff' won't let us cross the border. He is trying to balance us off against other interests [Pakistan's deal with the Taliban]... so we think we can't afford to do without him, and we won't support the return of DEMOCRACY in Pakistan.)
