You're the lawyer, I'm not, and I figured it was something like that, but it has been my experience that, like RICO, the Law of Unintended Consequences invariably prevails, and in the end those who think such things are wonderdul will end end up rueing the day. People tend to cut a lot of slack when those holding the chisels chipping away at our freedoms are politicians they support. They also tend to forget their personal favorites will be gone soon and the new people holding the chisels aren't going to go about re-sculpting the masterpiece in the same way. Once started, however, the re-sculpting will never end as the busy chisel inevitably wanders off in unanticipated directions.
