znc.to - yes, good idea, pointing out not only control procedures and independence of board members, but the lockup on Zincore shares held by Southwestern [for sure there are lawyers right now about to descend on the bones of swg, so this is important] -

'Southwestern currently owns approximately 38.1 million common shares of Zincore representing an interest of approximately 49.7 per cent basic and 45.6 per cent fully diluted in Zincore. Of these shares, 34 million are subject to a lock-up agreement restricting their sale or transfer that extends until November, 2008. A direct transfer of Southwestern's interest in Zincore to a third party would require the third party to agree to be bound by the terms of the lock-up agreement.'
