That is to say: they were TWO ultra big increases in the federal government's POWER to grab any property they want to, and to reverse the 'presumption of innocence', so that the accused must PROVE their own innocence... not the other way around. 1) Drug Control Act of the early 1970s. 2) Patriot Act of the Bush II years. (The only times challenges to these government powers have made it to the Supremes, they have sided with Big Government.)
