OK, my LAST reply on the subject, now being regretful I brought it up.

IF you have a billing error (a real one, substantial, or other, real issue) and
IF Sprint won't fix it...WHAT do you do. Stop calling ?
I have Sprint, and they are no better than any other co.,
and probably worse than some. I mentioned their outright refusal to honor a $100 rebate.

I suppose how you think about the matter depends on whether you view yourself a someone purchasing the service...promised at a satisfactory level, or if you view yourself as a service provider with nasty people calling you, interrupting that flow of money into your co. I think anyone who ever had to deal with Compuserve or AOL trying to cancel those lovely providers might have a bit of empathy. Do we know of any other company who uses this tactic ?

I think Greenlaw might have a point, but exit and entry points are tricky aren't they ??? Lets see if my NE option exit works or not.
