Average heights in some countries have gone up in 100 years, so therefore you think that's proof that all populations have the same height distribution if they have the same diets.

Suit yourself.

There is no reason why all populations should have the same height, any more than there is reason they should have the same skin colour [if only the white ones would eat the right stuff, they'd have the same average colour as the melanin-rich].

You are welcome to your theory that height DNA doesn't vary across human populations.
