I just don't see much difference between Fatah and Hamas.

The organizations in themselves are unimportant. I really think that Israel would have had a better chance with Hamas than Fatah. Fatah is corrupt and incompetent and will be booted out of power by the Palestinians....duh...that's why the Palestinians voted for Hamas. So here we go again backing a horse that can't make it to the finish line.

Maybe we'll eventually come around to doing the same with Hamas, and they'll moderate their behavior as well.

There was a group of Hamas that was moderating. The militant Hamas told them they were fools to trust this "democracy" BS from the US. And Bush proved them right!

Boycott them until they say "Israel has a right to exist." Israel blew a two year cease fire trying to get words they wouldn't have believed.
