Why Mr. Owl, are you implying that spending half a TRILLION DOLLARS in Iraq to make ourselves 1000 fold LESS SAFE than before 2001, while vastly eroding civil liberties that took over two centuries to obtain has not been a wise thing to do?????? BTW, in inflation adjusted dollars, we are 1 year away from exceeding the cost of the entire Vietnam war. Not to mention the precious loss of life all around and the fact that we are now despised by a large portion of the planet. Somewhere in Texas a village is missing its idiot... And history will show IT as the worst ever, makes Nixon look like a Saint.
