That one really caught my attention. What the heck could you possibly know about Florida RE cycles after only being here three years.. Sounds like a vindictive bubblehead broker of 2004-05 who was scorned, flipped to the other side and is trying to get back at the system and profit in our capitalistic system like 24 year old Casey..

In the end it is all about the thirst for the 'green' stuff, prestige and power.. No different than the 27 year old hedge fund experts on Wall Street..

'Mr. Morgan says the legal battle has hurt this kind of consulting work. In April, Ivy Zelman -- formerly of Credit Suisse and a prominent housing-stocks analyst on Wall Street -- stopped communicating with Mr. Morgan about the Florida market, saying in a deposition in one of the Lennar lawsuits that she had decided Mr. Morgan was "using me as a pawn in his bigger scheme of whatever he was attempting to do."
