My energyworker/massage therapist 'alterego' lifestyle, (I don't do either for a living, I do them to make life better) leads to much introspection and being attentive to how I feel,(Raja Yoga also leads to that as well), and I noticed things changed a great deal when I stopped eating grains with gluten in them. The food chemicals added to our grocery cart don't help things either. Trudeau made sense, and we phased organic dietary standards in to see what would change, knowing it would take months to see if anything showed up. Spades. We're mostly organic now after roughly three months, but sometimes we don't worry about it if we can find what we're looking for. The candida cleanse has been a great help helping us detox from many foods and additives we can't seem to digest. My metabolism went to dead stop after my clonoscopy in January, and the blood pressure meds were an assault. It took me months to flush out the aches and pains caused by Diovan HCT. Once you listen to yourself long enough, body aches, good days, clear headed days, foggy days, etc, patterns emerge which gives you the clues for what to change. Like writing down your diet for months at a time and you start seeing correlations to how you feel linking to what you've eaten. Raja Yoga does the same thing in the mental plane. You listen to your thought life for long enough, like the diet method, and POP!! things become clear. Emotional behaviors seem to follow certain thoughtforms and thought activity all the time and voila, you know what kinds of thinking makes you end up in which moods. Invaluable tools for making life better. I'll be on this board alot if I'm tripping any curiousity triggers.
