Yeah, i have no interest in holding Southwestern at this point, that's for sure, the lawyers will be all over it whether the discrepancies are major or not - if they're minor, and Boka turns out economic after all, swg is now vulnerable for their wording of that release combined with letting it trade right away ... it's a lose/lose scenario, and will grind on forever

In the name of 'standing up for shareholders', lawyers will now ravage anything left of shareholder value, neatly skimming off for themselves a large percentage ... which doesn't make a lot of sense, but that's the way it is

What will be the effects on Zincore, is my question ... already there has been damage done to its chart, because imho znc should have run nicely on last week's news, had it not been for the swg fiasco ... but to what degree is it exposed to the vultures from here on in? ... znc's Accha-Yanque property was spun off from swg, but their treasury came from the IPO, and considerable value has been added post-spinoff ... could end-result damage be limited to swg's znc shares ending up in the hands of others? ... we shall see -
