As we discussed here with you several times over the past 3 months, if the dollar breaks below 80.... something almost assured of happening at this point..... we are looking at least a 15% decline into the 60s. Whether that happens in days, weeks, months or years.... it will have a really dramatic affect on our economy. What SHOULD happen, of course, is real property like real estate will go up. But even that is not assured with confidence in the dollar flying out the window! While you may not see a '30s style depression coming.... don't write off the possibility too soon!
