it is very standard here in Hawaii.

Because judges are, in essence, appointed by the Democratic party(which completely controls the State I see no end to it. Elected judges might help.

trying to bring a lawsuit against the powers that be in hawaii is at best a one way ticket to the mainland...at worst a one way ticket to a deserted cane field.
