Have you ever hugged a tree? Try it. Go out in the forest. I know its scary. But don't worry. Go up to one of those forest giants, and put your arms way around it and just stay there for an hour or two. It will cleanse your soul. And expiate your many dark and unmentionable sins against the spirits of the wood. Go and out and sell -nay destroy that chainsaw and never sin again. No higher a place in heaven can be found than that occupied by the reformed and penitent. Now concerning rocks and minerals. It is tough to hug an outcrop, but if you just lie flat in the trench for a day.. look up at the sky and think about lambs gamboling in free range hostels, breathing fresh clean air and drinking the purest of water... you can get a certificate from the Sierra Club.
