The majority of those quotes do not indicate an imminent threat or serious threat about to be realized.

Three indicate immediate or imminent threat, 2 discuss the possibility of such a threat without directly saying there is one, all the others are irrelevant to the point your trying to make.

And of course you fail to include the Bush quote about the threat not being imminent but that we shouldn't wait for the threat to be imminent before taking action.
