Where do Americans hide out then?

We used the mexicans to come build lots of nice houses - now we can kick the mexicans to the curb and invite the europeans/asians over to some nice cheap houses - works out great for everyone eh? LIG can go live in the canadian boreal forest with les stroud eating moose. Floods in England from global warming and rising sea levels that I have heard my put england underwater give them great incentive to come to USA eh?

Pualsons folly on taxes

cnbc.com

He says we need to lower tax RATES to help companies.
Paulson is full of shit, already several commentators on CNBC said that although our RATES are high - after all the loopholes our tax burdens on companies are some of the LOWEST in the world. Given this why aren't more companies coming to the USA? They would have less tax burden here than just about any other developed country in the world? Perhaps as the dollar gets lower and the tax burdens get better - there will be a mass influx of companies coming to the USA. I heard el mat came to disney world - maybe lots of foreigners on their way.

Phil says we are crushing the middle class and poor with tax burdens that companies dont have to enrich corporate global companies and the elitists like bush - as long as DEAL OR NO DEAL has top nielsen ratings - I don't think paulson and friends have anything to worry about. When they turn off Howie Mandel and vote in some changes - maybe then things will change.
