But mostly I think that many people remember how they were doing before they came to California, back in Rochester, Winnipeg, Glasgow, Mumbai and Tapei. no doubt. if you can avoid taking measure of yourself and others merely by financial success you will not succumb. unfortunately, for many, that is their only measuring stick. how prevalent would you say bitterosity was in iraq right now? i'd say it was nonexistent. anger? despair? hatred? you betcha.
