Israel has never threatened iran, except when iran threatened israel. I believe iran has the right to develop anything it wants, as long as it is understood that Islam will be crippled by a nuclear war. I have no problem with pakistan or india having the bomb now that they are not going to use them. OTOH Iran has often said it will destroy Israel. I have no problem with israel defending itself, up to and including reducing iran iraq and Mecca into glittering nuclear wastelands. I feel it is important for israel to make it clear that if Jerusalem falls to a nuclear bomb, devastating the home of both Judaism and Christianity, that Mecca will meet the same fate. Mecca must not be any safer than Tel Aviv, or any other israeli city.
