I'm startng to get a bit fascinated with Forex after many years of blissful ignorance.

Mainly because my single largest holding is our parent company, which trades in pounds (pence, actually) sterling and I've noticed that though the stock has been somewhat rangebound (though about a 20% range), the value of my position is appreciating noticeably simply because of the weakening dollar. In fact, it's come back up to my initial purchase price, yet those shares are up substantially because the dollar has dropped so much in the past 12 months vs pounds sterling.

Slowly getting my head around this more global view of my investments.
