That it is. However, the US mortality rate is by no means the lowest.

Lots of things affect the rate of breast cancer. I have access to a database on breast cancer and the gene sequences. There are certain sequences that if a woman has them, she is at a high risk of getting cancer. And there are complicating factors. Like age at first birth. These two factors probably explain why countries with a high birth rate, like Mexico, have such a low rate.
