Bush is afraid to leave. Congress is afraid to do anything. Even Censuring the president is a waste of time. What will that accomplish?? Nothing. IMO.

I like the quote from Obama. It is well reasoned and practical. Many of us were frustrated by the lack of clear communication by the administration after the fall of Saddam. I doubt that the pentagon didn't have well developed strategies and tons of back up strategies for strategies that didn't pan out ... but it would have been nice to see a consise statement declaring an exit strategy based on contingencies of accomplishments. Then at least we could be keeping a score card. Instead we've gotten daily news from the left that all is lost, for years on end; while we get daily news from the right declaring that everything is working out fine. When that happens, the news isn't worthy of being called 'the news' anymore.
