...and the risk gets bigger, now at $347M. Hopefully the company will announce some sort of new business fairly soon, otherwise these guys will end up owning the company outright before we get our 'pop'.

Well, this company is just about on the ropes now... at least I don't feel as foolish as that Dubai group (the one guy who has been buying up the company at $8+). Wonder who he will sell all his shares to, which will probably put the price back around $3-4...
