how are you gonna do that ?? I live in very liberal montgomery county MD. I live on the edge of the county, we don't have county trash pick up, so I have to pay a private contractor to do it. About 10% of us have to do that. A couple of years ago the liberal politicians said lets have a vote on taxing the people who don't get trash pick up the same as everyone else and we still won't have to pick theirs up, it might lower your trash taxes. Guess what the vote was ? 90% to 10% so now I have to pay county trash pick up taxes AND a private company to pick up my trash, which the county won't do. Now image that country wide, just like the north did to the south
