Good question, here's how:

I only needed to see a price of 1546.30 traded today, that's where my short position was determined for today... the price was hit and I was filled... the mere fact that the price was traded is the sell signal itself... in order for a confirmation that the sell signal is good, I also need to close below my fill price... if the market rallies and closes above that price, then the signal is not confirmed and the short position is closed out... simple, huh?
