i think Bush has shattered the Wile E Coyote record for distance run beyond the edge of a cliff without falling, but for each extra foot added to this record there is a secret law of physics(fooling:) that says for every foot you defy gravity the distance you crash into ground at the moment of "gravity's revenge"(that's the name of the Law) becomes greater and greater.
Patience, the Law of Gravity's Revenge never fails:)

Paulson, Kudlow and Bush see a booming stock market and low unemployment from their ivory tower and feel all is okay..

I think it goes deeper than that Vosilla, as the link I just posted shows - bush's grandpa was all about honest money and AYN rand type ideas - and he was in a plot to overthrow FDR and stop all these NEW DEALS and enforce the property rights of the wealthy against the poor and their zorro's - what many here say they want - an honest money society where the wealthy get to make all the funding decisions - so let me ask YOU Vosilla - if/when the big change in gubbment comes and they change the laws to levy MASSIVE taxes against you and your wealth to redistribute to the poor - are you gonna take FDR's side or Prescott Bush's and Current day Bush's side? Bush said NO to healthcare for children - do all the honest money types here think that is a nice thing - does ORK and TROTSKY think that is bad? My econ professor thought it was bad - he hated the welfare gubbment.

Certainly most Americans believe something is wrong from the record low poll numbers..

That is very true, like in 1933 - most americans are poor and getting poorer - and the AYN RAND types here are going to get all kinds of wealth redistributions clampled down on their ass - if your dividend and capital gains taxes adjust up to 65 percent - are you gonna be happy? DOes history have any herores that rob from the poor and give to the rich? Or is zorro and robin hood the ones we all love?

I guess if Paulson keeps the pump going long enough the housing bust will be over, the Iraq war will be over Bush will be long gone.. But how much longer can we stand a constant 7-10% annual devaluation of our dollars without ramifications?

I don't know - I see people at the salvation army and on the streets that have no hope but they don't seem angry or mad - they have accepted their fate. Perhaps spending all day at the library watching jon stewart over the internet is not such a bad prison eh?

Honestly Vosilla, I dont have a private sub or private Jet and have lots of laws on me I don't agree with or support - but my life is pretty good compared to the richest king 100 years ago - isn't yours? Perhaps poverty in this society isn't the terrible thing it used to be.
