"There, "nuanced" enough for you?" My, what a lot of straw men. Better than most of your efforts, but... All I was saying is it took a lot of factors lining up to pass something like the drug bill. If the government was smaller, it would take less factors to do the same. Whether or not the damage would be worse is a judgment call, which I didn't explore. However, you chose that as your thesis. Whether true or not, that wasn't what I had to say. I do appreciate your candor that you think he could have done even more damage. I don't necessarily agree, but, there you are.
